Personality Test..

I've took a personality test recently conjured by my sis's friend.. I found the test is quite amazing because its outcome is rather accurate!
It is said that I'm related to this traits, cautious, accurate, precise and patient.. I value Procedure and support, and seek for fact and timely… I avoid uncertainty and changes… When under pressure I might evades and may also compromise..

"My advantages are that methodical and cautious, I will need time to produce results of high quality, concentrating on accuracy and detail. Prefer to plan ahead, and concentrates on careful organisation and the avoidance of risks and complications, takes care to anticipate difficulties. My skills is said to be lie in finding useful and realistic solutions to problems.

My disadvantage is that I'm lack of assertiveness in my personality which coupled with my naturally reserved and reticent approach, which can lead others to assume that I have no interest in my work. This is not necessarily true, as I simply prefers to keep my feelings, either positive or negative to myself but perceptions of others may lead to difficulties of communication and further integration.

In terms of relationships, my basically passive style means that only under the most unusual circumstances will I make an initiating step in a social situation (or, indeed, in a situation of any kind). More commonly, I will wait for others to make contact and respond appropriately. I do have a social side to my nature, and values friendships.

My current attempt to present myself as less reliant on other's views may impact on my communication style. The main apparent change from my natural approach will be a slightly more assertive stance on issues that I see as important. "

Well personally, I think this test is really good for me because I myself not sure what I'm and I'm sure this will be very important for me to make myself better in terms of life, relationships and work or studies..
