Life is too short for us to be wake up in the morning with regrets, so love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happened for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, it's just worth it after you've achieve it .

.. don't know what to do ... too much to do already... investing in property isn't really a good point to allocate your money... too much to do already... at start investing in property may have better income.. but there's alot hidden fee's racing to you near future... too much to do and too much to fix.. at the time you felt like want to sold it out.. it's too hard already... Painting job.. door fixing.. walls.. ceiling.. pipes.. toilet.. cracks... gosh... too much.. and.. watch out for termites too!!! others way to keep your money rolling on is... well.. most probably in bank.. but I wouldn't recommend you to put it all in... the interest won't keep you alive.. too little.. unless you'd have around a billion... but.. if you do have that much... you will be investing in business not put it in bank and rot.. a small part of the money can be allocated in the share market.. but not the time that the share's are at peak.. there's possibilities that somehow and somewhat it will crash soon.. because its the nature of the share.... raise and drop anytime anywhere.. for whatsoever reason.. even a little earthquake at faraway land will effect on it too... so it's not stable at all and that's why a small portion is allocated.. another place is invest it in business.. some businesses that gain profit and occur a little losses that are much more stable.. if a business that always only gain profit.. beware.. this maybe a scam.. or you're totally filled up with luck... but that posibility are too small... and if the business keep occur losses... it's better to just close it up rather than keep on dragging it to a point of no return... any other else tips? I don't know yet... If I do figure it out... I will not hesitate to share it out..
